Is the request more than 48 hours in advance?


If guests are asking for an early check-in more than 48 hours in advance,it’s too early to commit to an early check-in time as we could get a last minute booking. Use early check-in/bag drop advance comms.


If the night before they check-in is available they can guarantee an early check-in by booking an extra night. Use early check-in guarantee comms. 


Is the request less than 48 hours in advance?


Same-day check-in/out


Check that the other guest has not requested a late check out (in BO), if not - Use Early Check-In/Bag Drop Yes Comms


If other guest leaving has requested late check-out, Use Early Check-In No Comms. 


Bag Drops allow guests to drop there bags, however, they need to leave and come back after 3pm when the home is clean and so they are not in the way. We say 1pm in case the earlier guest accidentally leaves late or there are major issues in the home.  Note: you will need to generate a new code.

We would love to be able to have you drop your bags early, however, this really depends on whether we have other guests checking out that day. In order to guarantee an early check-in, you can book the additional night before - this allows you to settle in and relax as soon as you arrive. This is charged at one additional night. Otherwise, you would need to check back a day or two before arrival as we do often get last minute bookings.

Hi, 

 

You are more than welcome to come and drop your bags at 1:30pm. As our standard check-in time is 3pm the home might not be completely ready but you can at least drop your bags and return any time after 3pm. Of course, if the home is already clean and ready, you are more than welcome to stay. You’ll need to use the following code for the smart-lock until your next code is activated at 3pm:

Sorry, unfortunately we are unable to accommodate an early check-in or bag drop. If you need somewhere to store luggage I would suggest trying luggagehero or some railway stations also have luggage storage.
