Is it a same-day check-in/out?

We can’t accommodate late check-outs here. Please use Late Check-Outs No Comms.


Is it more than 48 hours in advance?


If it is more than 48 hours in advance and the night they check-out is not booked. Guests can guarantee a late check-out by booking an additional night. If they don’t book an extra night they need to wait until less than 48 hours so we can check for them. Use Late check-out guarantee comms. 



Is it less than 48 hours in advance?

If there is no same day check-in then they can leave their bags until 1pm.. Use late check out Yes comms. They must still leave the home at 11am and come back anytime before 1pm to collect them and leave the house. This means the cleaner can clean. Bags must be left neatly in one corner. 

Can I leave by bags past 3pm?

Guest can only leave the bags past 3pm if they book an extra night (if night is available). If night is available, use Late check out guarantee comms. 

If night is not available, use Late Check-Out No Comms. 

Important Notes: 

IMPORTANT: For all late check-outs apart from those booking an additional night - guests need to tidy up and pack bags in one corner as cleaners will come and clean and remove linen.

If guests wish to book an additional night the process is as follows:


  1. Extend the booking by one night on Airbnb with the normal nightly rate.

  2. For Non-Airbnb - please ask Ruben. 

  3. Add a note in Back Office that guest is leaving night before but has paid an extra night for late check-out.

 Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate a late check-out as we have other guests arriving. If you are looking for somewhere to store your bags, I would suggest using luggagehero.

6. Use Late check-out guarantee


Hi, 

 

We would love to be able to have you check out late, however, this really depends on whether we have other guests checking in that day. In order to guarantee a late check-out, you can book the additional night after. This is charged at one additional night. please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to do so. Otherwise, you would need to check back a day or two before arrival as we do often get last minute bookings.

Hi, 

 

You are more than welcome to leave your bags until 1pm. As our standard check-out time is 11am, we kindly request that you leave the home at 11am and return by 1pm to collect your bags. The cleaner will arrive at 11am and we kindly request your bags are left neatly in one corner so she can clean. (Please ensure keys are left in the keybox. / You will need to use a new code for the smart lock when collecting your items which is xxx)
