This Policy can be used for the host or a guest.

As a host, we can use this when doing movements or canceling a reservation. As a host, we just need to send photos of the maintenance and we will be entitled to a penalty-free cancellation.

As a guest, if they request to cancel a booking before their check-in date, and the reason falls under one of the circumstances below, they will be given a refund by Airbnb.

NOTE: we always need to inform the guest that they need to reach out to Airbnb and provide the appropriate documents to support their request.
