For HomeAway bookings, the guest is required to make a prepayment (50% of the total booking value) to the booking platform on the reservation date to block the desired booking dates.
StayBeyond will manually collect the remaining amount of the total booking value plus the refundable Security Deposit to the guest by sending the Bookingsync payment link. Payments are taken by StayBeyond 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Note: If the arrival date is less than 30days when the reservation was made, we have to chase and send the payment link to the guest urgently to fully confirm the booking.
