Problem:
Error message in the TV.
It says weak or no signal for all channels.
Instruction:
I think it's a virgin media box there same as flat 3
The virgin media box needs to be turned on using the remote,
The TV needs to be set to hdmi 1 or hdmi 2 using the TV remote.
From there only use the virgin remote to get channels and online services
The TV is not plugged into a normal aerial, it runs through the virgin media box
So if their trying to watch Freeview it won't work.
Need to press the source button on TV remote (usually top right)
And select hdmi 1 or 2.
