We often receive call in regards to the door not opening using Klevio.

If we have already tried unlocking it using the App and Web app for Klevio and still not working, please follow these 2 steps

1. Ask guest to press the INTERCOM on the left side of the door.
It will somewhat reset the intercom system. Telling the hub that the strike lock is close

OR

2. We can also ask them to pull the door using the handle in the middle or the Mailbox then we open the Klevio using the web app.
