PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUTION AND DO NOT OVER PRESSURE THE BOILER

If the pressure bar or the boiler is empty and no hot water is coming out we will need to tap up the water pressure.

We will need to go to the underground floor, Left side cupboard from the kitchen sink.

We need to check the water pressure on the right hand bar

The prefect pressure is at the middle of the two dotted lines and should not exceed the top dotted line.

If the pressure is under the lower dotted line we will need to adjust or tap up the water pressure for it to increase pressure.

PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUTION SINCE AN OVER PRESSURED BOILER CAN DAMAGE THE ENTIRE HEATING SYSTEM

Informed the guest about the severity if the boiler will be over pressure for them not to just switch the tap.

The guest will need to locate this switch below the boilier

Slowly but surely they will need to turn the switch to the right and turn it off every 2 secs to check the bar.

We need patience when doing this to avoid over pressure

Once you have the desired pressure and the switch is now turned off the hot water should be working fine.

Also you need to make sure that the water pressure booster on the LGF storage room is on and if it is off you need to click on reset.

====================

IF IN ANY CASE YOU OVER PRESSURE THE BOILER:

1. The guest will complain that there is no central heating
2. Ask the guest to turn on all the water tap in the kitchen and in all bathrooms with maximum hot water and wait for the local team or a plumber to arrive.

**Depending on the boiler the pressure will go down but it might take a few hours.
