Aside from regular bookings, we also get instant booking in TripAdvisor.

We do get instant booking in PlumGuide so once we get this email please add it in BO:

Once the guest confirms we will receive an email and we will need to add to manually add the information in BO



GroupAccomodation



We always create a tentative booking for GA if the guest accepts our quotation. Once the guest paid the deposit it will be block in BO if not then after 48hrs the tentative booking will be cancelled.
