1. Open the service task linked to this issue. 

2. Add on the ticket:


- Name of contractor

- Name of person attending

- Contact number

- Time and date attending

- Quote recieved. 


3, Tick the 'External Contractor Required' box




4. Schedule it for the time + date of attendance if a ninja needs to be there. 


5. Forward the ticket to repairs@staybeyond.com and add a note that a contractor was called. 


6. When an invoice is recieved - add it as an attachment on the ticket.
