2. Open the moved bookings document

3. Find the guest and check if they are a moved booking (search guest name across 3 tabs)

4. If they are being moved, do not message the guest. 

5. If they are not, open the chat with the guest on the platform. 

6. Carefully read the messages with the guest

7 Check if there are any unanswered requests or questions. Respond to any 'special requests' that are on the sheet. Use this SOP.
