If the file is too large that we cannot attached via email we can send our guest shareable links so they can open the file that we want to send.
1. Make sure that you are logged in on your Staybeyond google account
2. Open your Google Drive
3. Save the file that you want to send on your Drive.
- You can treat your Google Drive as a flash drive but cloud based.
4. It is better to be organize so make sure to create folders.
Once the files are uploaded on your Google Drive
- Right click on the file
- Turn the Link Sharing on
- Click on Sharing Settings
Then click on the can view and a drop down will appear.
Click on More
Then choose - On Anyone with the link.
Click on Save
You can now copy and share the link that you want to share.
