If the house does not have any water in the sink, toilet and shower.

We need to follow these 3 steps.


STEP 1. We need to know if there are any issues in the area from the water provider.

If no issues go to step 2


STEP 2. Check the breaker if the pump was tripped. Make sure everything is turned on. It is inside the cupboard left side of the kitchen sink.


The breaker is located on top of these switches. Guest will need a chair to have a look.


If  all are turned on proceed to step 3


STEP 3. Check the pump. It is located in the lower ground floor, utility room, left side of the bedroom.

It is a GRUNDFOS HOME BOOSTER 3.0 BAR


You will notice that the bar is in the lowest or in 0. If so kindly press on the reset.


Once pressed you will hear a loud noise, sound like air coming out. We need to wait a for 1 or 2 minutes then try if the house will now have water.


Confirm with the guest that the bars are set and once confirmed the issue is resolved.
