LN BLT - Alarm
The home has an alarm system that needs to be set in-between guests.
So every time we have a *check out* clean, the cleaner needs to set the alarm on their way out of the house.
This means, when we have a new guest check in, the guest will need to turn the alarm off as soon as they enter. The set of keys we use to access the house, has a fob on it - i.e. a little black round plastic piece, we need this to turn the alarm on and off.
Entering house to turn the alarm off
1. After you unlock the door and go into the utility room, on the left hand side as you walk in is a rectangular box which you need to flick open.
2. You activate the unit by pressing the tick button in the bottom left of the unit
3. To turn off the alarm you place the fob on the black part of the screen which is illuminated and there is a little symbol on the left of that top screen that is supposed to look like a fob. Hold fob there for a couple of seconds and then it should switch off.
Leaving the house, i.e. when a cleaner is setting the alarm after they have completed the check out clean
1. When you leave the house you again need to activate the unit by pressing the tick button
2. and then again place the fob to set the alarm. It may at some stage also ask you if you want to set the master alarm and you simply press the tick button to indicate yes.
Return the keys to the key box, make sure you've locked it properly before you leave the property
