When will I receive my Damage Deposit back?



Resolution:


For all bookings, we hold a security deposit to avoid bad behaviors or incidents from our guests. While we ask our guests a holding deposit, we need to prove that we keep our word and refund them on time.


As we care about our guests, we can’t allow to refund any deposit past the due date (within 14 days from check out date).


In some cases, we can accommodate a refund less than 14 days after the check-out date depending on the guest's situation. We just need to coordinate with the team and make sure that there were no reported issues or damages in the property before refunding the amount.
